(which expression shall unless otherwise excluded by or repugnant to the context shall be deemed to include TENDERADDS and the Subscriber (individual or entity) to Tenderadds.com hereinafter referred to as the subscriber (which expression shall unless otherwise excluded by or repugnant to the context shall be deemed to include the agents, the employees and/or the management of such subscriber) Neither Tenderadds.com nor anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering Tenderadds.com shall be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage or loss of profits arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services provided by the site.

By using Tenderadds.com the subscriber acknowledges that he has read and understood the terms and conditions set out in the agreement hereinabove and agrees to abide by such terms and conditions.
